- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They went and got a quit claim deed to my grandmas house by paying the 1700 in back taxes she owed. She was in the process of getting a reverse mortgage. They first offered 10,000 to buy back a house they payed less than 2,000 for. So she was going to do it but once they found out she could get the reverse Mortgage they turned around and asked for 16000. The bank said that was too much and her reverse mortgage for denied. They then started charging her rent on HER house. First 500 then it kept going up. They finally pushed her out of a home she has had for over 25 years. She had 30 days to pack 30 years of memories. And stuff. Horrible people. Horrible company. No moral compass. I would NEVER do business with them.By Jasmine Hearn, January 12, 2017
